Full Package
The complete conference experience. Includes your full weekend conference ticket, two nights hotel stay with breakfast, and return transport from Manchester.
Transport Only
Return transport for the full weekend departing from Manchester on Friday morning. £60 per person, only available when booking a hotel package.
Ticket Only
Full weekend access to Encounter Conference, including a free conference t-shirt. £110 per adult, £60 for youth and £50 for children below 12.
Hotel Only
Two-night at a hotel near the Copper Box Arena with breakfast included. Double rooms £390, twin rooms £205 per person, and family rooms £430 (up to two adults and two children). Rooms are first come, first served, with additional rooms from £230.

Payment Plan Available
To make things easier, we offer a simple payment plan so you can secure your place now and spread the remaining cost.
Deposit
Secure your place with a £150 deposit due by 31st March. This confirms your package and reservation.
Payment Plan
The remaining balance is split into two further payments, due on 30th April and 31st May.
Payment plans are only available for packages over £300.
